Suggested Timeline

• March 1- Begin announcing Beach Freak
• March 1- Schedule and announce Parent's Info Meeting for first Sunday/Wednesday in April
• April (First Sun/Wed)- Parent's Meeting - Discuss cost and hand out Minor Hold Harmless and Media Release Forms
• May 1 - Begin and complete your chaperone/adult packets
• June 12- Final Parent's Meeting to discuss rules, travel plans, etc.
• June 13 - Assign adults to small group ages
• June 18 - Get on the bus and come rock!

The Cost is $240 per person
